南芥芝士意粉 (2007 01 14)
蒜頭2瓣、檸檬汁2湯匙、橄欖油及辣椒油各3湯匙、放入攪拌器打成醬汁。
意粉100克煮熟,倒入大碗內,落南芥菜(Rocket)50克及Parmesan芝士50克,淋醬汁拌勻即可。
