八爪魚沙律 (2007 01 14)
八爪魚1尾(約斤半重),先用大量的鹽擦洗乾淨,剪去眼/咀。
燒沸一大鍋水,下白醋半杯和中式茶包1個,放入八爪魚煮20分鐘,擱涼,切薄片,放大碗內。
蒔蘿(Dill)和薄荷1束切碎,白洋蔥1個切片,檸檬1個 - 皮磨碎,肉搾汁。
把八爪魚和各配料放進大碗,加紅酒醞和棷欖油,再加盬胡椒調味。Finish
