Puff 泡芙 (2006 10 30)

小鍋內放水250毫升和無鹽牛油120克,鹽一茶匙,慢火煮至沸騰後,把篩過的低筋麵粉混入,以木匙攪拌成麵糊後熄火

把麵糊移至打蛋機迅速攪拌,並把5隻蛋打散,分數次混進麵糊.
 
麵糊放進擠花袋,在烤盤上擠出直徑約4.5厘米的麵糊刷上點蛋黃,撒上杏仁碎粒後放進攝氏210度的焗爐焗30min.
